This block increments the General Counter when it is not inhibited.

Description
This block increments the General Counter by 1 unless the current value is 65535. If it is 65535, the new value will be 0.
The optional boolean inhibit port can be used to disable the increment operation based on enable conditions.
A General Counter definition block with a name matching the Name parameter on this block must be present.
