Flexible Encoder Pattern Additional Path Definition

The Flexible Encoder allows the user to define their own encoder patterns. This MotoHawk block allows the absolute path of a folder that contains definitions of encoders that an application may use to be specified. MotoHawk will then search this path when looking for Flexible Encoder Patterns.
