Description

When triggered, this block will force an update of the ADC value.

Hardware Implications of Block Execution:

Triggering this block will disable the low side leg of the selected push pull output internal circuit until the requested ADC feedback conversion has completed. Depending on the presense and/or resistance of an external load pull down resistor attached to the push pull output, the output voltage will rise and may cause an unintended assertion of the selected output. Also, any actuation of the push pull output while the ADC feedback conversion is in process can result in a slower than normal turn off of the selected push pull output due to the disabled low side leg of the internal circuit. Care must be exercised by the application developer to ensure use of this block does not adversely affect application functionality.
