Synchronized PWM ADC Queue Group Definition
This MotoHawk™ block creates a group of ADCQueues that are triggered to be sampled by a Synchronized PWM System.
Block ID
Synchronized PWM ADC Queue Group Definition
Library
motohawk_MotorControl_lib
Description
This MotoHawk™ block defines a Triggering Scheme where a group of ADC Queues will be sampled at configurable locations during the PWM Period of the referenced Synchronized PWM System Definition.
- The referenced Synchronized PWM System Definition provides the synchronisation with the PWM output.
- The referenced ADC Queue Definitions define ADC Queue Element lists that are to be sampled at predefined trigger locations
- The ADC Queue trigger locations are set using the Synchronized ADC Queue Group Set block.
Example
A 3 Phase PWM output with synchronised ADC samples. Five ADCQueues are sampled at various locations on a pair of ADC convertors.
In this system there are two ADC Queue Groups defined, one for each ADC. Then each group references a number of ADC Queues, and each queue references a number of ADC Queue Elements. In this example Synchronized ADC Queue Group Set for 'MyADC0QueueGroup' has been configured for [0%, 25%, 50%].
Block Parameters
Parameter Field | Values | Comments/Description |
---|---|---|
Name | Single quote enclosed alpha-numeric text | A unique, C-legal name that identifies the channel. A Synchronized ADC Queue Group Set will reference this name in order apply the ADC Queue sampling trigger offsets. |
Resource | Drop down | Selects the resource that this block is to define. |
Synchronized PWM System Reference Name | Single quote enclosed alpha-numeric text | The name of the Synchronized PWM System Definition that ADC Group is synchronized to. |
ADC Queue Reference Name(s) | Cell array of single quote enclosed alpha-numeric text elements | Cell array list of one or more ADC Queue Definition names. |
