An extended data record is an extension of the fault data that is present per fault (such as fault states) that can be queried by Service 0x19 subfunction 6. This block maps a custom field to an extended data record number.

Description
The record number parameter must be unique and must be within the range of 0-254 (0xFE). 0xFF is a reserved value in the UDS specification.

Custom Field Data | Expression | Character string that has the name of an existing Custom Field in the OBD Fault Manager. |
