According to Marx Crypto this was an issue with the Windows 7 USB3.0 driver. The Marx drivers and our installers have integrated a driver update into our installers and this should no longer be an issue. |

Licensing Frequently Asked Questions
1. I have a MotoTune only dongle, and I would like to add a MotoHawk license to it. Is this possible? Yes, provided the dongle is 64k, not 4k. You would need to contact your account manager or Channel partner for a quote. Then License Update can be used to add the license by a simple email transaction.
2. Is the same for adding MotoTune to a MotoHawk dongle? Yes, the above applies - all Motohawk dongles are already 64k and can hold a MotoTune license. You'll still need to order the license though.
3. I have a dongle that is intermittantly not recognized, what causes this? The most common cause is USB3.0 port. There was a known issue with the dongle and USB 3.0 ports.
