This MotoHawk™ block controls the software simulation of the crank encoder.

Description
Controls the software simulation of the crank encoder. When Enable is set to true, and the Encoder State is ZERO_SPEED, then the given RPM is applied.
Instantaneous RPM and Average RPM will update to reflect the given pseudo RPM.
Subsequent application of real crank encoder teeth are ignored until Enable is set to false.
RPM is a uint16, in units of 1.
