Function xxx has already been defined

This build error originated in 2010b Beta 1 and was fixed in 2011a Beta 1. The issue resulted when the model contains a mixture of analog and discrete inputs. As a workaround, replace the discrete inputs with analog inputs and set the threshold in the Simulink application code to convert the input into a Boolean.
